For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for the election of directors or other managing authority.

Application refers to the software program provided by the Company, named HuaPuzzle, a puzzle logic game/app that lets you play and manage game progress on your device.

Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this policy) refers to Yesaa Technologies.

Country refers to: India (where Yesaa Technologies is established).

Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or digital tablet.

Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service refers to the Application.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information ("personal data") from you.

The game/app does not require registration or login. There is no user account, credentials, or authentication flow. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, or any other identifier that could identify you.

For the version described in this policy, the game/app does not use a network connection to provide core gameplay, to sign you in, or to upload your saved game state to the Company or to any third party. All processing required to play HuaPuzzle runs locally on your device.

Information you create in the game/app - such as puzzle progress, game session records, and local preferences - is used only on your device to provide features (e.g., displaying your game state and statistics). It is not sent to our servers or any third party over the internet.

We do not collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), location data, contacts, photos, or other data that would require sensitive permissions.

2. How we use information

Because we do not collect your personal data, we do not use, analyze, or share your personal data. Game data are processed locally on your device. We do not profile you or target you for advertising based on your use of the game/app (if we later integrate advertising, that will be described in Section 5).

3. Data storage and retention

We do not operate servers or databases that store your data. Any puzzle progress, history, streaks, or preferences that the game/app keeps are stored only on your device. You can remove such data at any time by using in-app options where available, clearing the game/app's data, or uninstalling the game/app.

Device backup and restore (for example, to your Google account or your device manufacturer's cloud, if enabled on your device) are governed by your operating system and your Google or vendor account settings. We do not separately collect your data through those backup features.

4. Permissions

The game/app requests only those permissions that are necessary for it to function. We do not request permissions unrelated to puzzle and local gameplay features (e.g., contacts, location, camera, microphone). If we add new permissions in the future, we will explain their purpose in the game/app or in an updated version of this policy.

For the current version, the game/app does not require network-related permissions for core gameplay. We do not operate backend sign-in, social login, or cloud save services on our own servers for this product.

5. Third-party services

Current version: The game/app does not integrate third-party SDKs that collect personal data (e.g., analytics or social login).

If we add advertising, online leaderboards, cloud save, or other networked features in a future version, those features may require an internet connection and may involve data processing as described in an updated Privacy Policy and in Google Play declarations. For example, if we add advertising (e.g., interstitial or rewarded video ads), our advertising partners may collect non-personally-identifying information (such as device type, OS, and ad impressions/clicks) for ad delivery and measurement. That processing will be governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Children's privacy

The game/app is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at yesaatechnologies1990@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we might process. Because the game/app does not collect or transmit your personal data, the privacy risk associated with using the game/app's local features is minimal.

If in the future we use services that process data in other jurisdictions, we will ensure appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law (e.g., standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EEA/UK).

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights. Because we do not collect your personal data, many of these will not apply in practice; we still describe them for transparency and compliance.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country. We do not collect your personal data, so there is no data to access, rectify, or erase from our systems. We do not sell or share your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the game/app or the store listing. Your continued use of the game/app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yesaa Technologies is established, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (including in the EEA, UK, or US states).
