This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App and is intended to support compliance with Google Play requirements and applicable privacy laws in the United States, the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom, and other regions where the App may be available.
We do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit to ourselves any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address) for the purpose of identifying you.
Local data on your device: To improve your experience, the App may store only on your device (using on-device storage such as a local database):
This local data is not uploaded to us by the App as currently implemented. It remains under your control and can be removed using in-app clear actions, by clearing app data in system settings, or by uninstalling the App.
Because we do not collect your personal data, we do not use, analyze, or share your personal data. All unit and currency conversions are performed locally on your device. We do not profile you or target you with advertising based on your use of the App.
We do not operate servers or databases that store your data. Any preferences the App may retain (for example, favorites or recently used units) are stored only on your device. You can remove such data at any time by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
The App requests only permissions that are necessary for its stated functionality. We do not request permissions unrelated to operating a converter (for example, we do not require contacts, location, camera, or microphone for core use). If we add new permissions in a future version, we will explain their purpose in the App and in an updated Privacy Policy.
Current version: The App is built with standard Android libraries (for example, AndroidX components, Room for local storage, Material components). As implemented, it does not integrate third-party SDKs whose purpose is to collect personal data for analytics, advertising measurement, or social login.
If we add advertising (for example, interstitial or rewarded video ads), our advertising partners may process non-personally-identifying technical information (such as device type, OS version, and ad delivery metrics) according to their own policies. We will update this Privacy Policy and the store listing accordingly. We do not sell your personal data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we may process. Because the App does not collect or transmit your personal data, the privacy risk associated with using the conversion features is minimal.
We do not transfer your personal data to other countries for our own processing, because we do not collect such data on our systems through the App as currently shipped. If we introduce services that involve cross-border processing, we will describe safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EEA/UK, where applicable).
Depending on your region, you may have the following rights. Because we do not collect your personal data, many of these provisions may not apply in practice; we still describe them for transparency and compliance.
